Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa Otley

Amazing customer service experience at Chevin Park. We arrived early for a wedding and they went above and beyond to have our room ready in record time. They made our day start off on a positive note. The hotel staff deserves a big thank you!

The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the spa area which I enjoyed for less than 15 minutes. The location was perfect, as it was not far from the forest and right next to a beautiful lake. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and I was particularly impressed with the restaurant that served us delicious meals. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my partner's birthday was made extra special with a thoughtful card and rose petals on our bed.

Everything was very good and neat, I enjoyed food and drinks.

Had good 1 night in this hotel that's why I loved that. The location was unbeatable and fab, not too far from Devil's Frying Pan. The food in the lakeside restaurant was delicious.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel's lakeside restaurant, with beautiful views of the lake. The food was delicious, especially the steak we had in the bar area. The location of the hotel, surrounded by woodlands and near Ilkley church, added to the tranquil atmosphere. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the breakfasts were top-notch with a good variety of options.

The spa receptionist's poor customer service and the overcrowded changing rooms were a letdown.

Had a real good stay for a wedding, everything was really good. Cereals, pastries and fruit were amazing and complemented the continental breakfast.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had ideal amenities and rooms.

Great location, cosy ski lodge vibe, lovely little cabin in the woods, spa access included, great value for money.

Everything was fantastic from the very efficient service to the fabulous food. The room was budget with your own hot tub and the location was fab. The check-in was smooth, we loved main bar.

This hotel was upgraded in every respect, had accommodating staff in front of reception desk. I appreciated having pastries, cereals and fruit, the breakfast was traditional.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained grounds set in a picturesque wooded area to the comfortable rooms with a full view of the car park in winter. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service that truly enhances the overall experience. Breakfast is a highlight, with a good view and a perfect poached egg that will satisfy even the most discerning of palates.

Staff and location, they were very good here. An ironing set, an electronic key card and a TV set in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. In the morning I had cereals, fruit and pastries, served in the bar.

My stay here was lovely. Relaxing hotel with very good facilities, unbeatable location right next to the lake. My stunning room had a fairly clean bathroom and a very comfy bed.
